Sort of makes B-J (and I assume, Mecum as well) sound like a fencing operation for dubious cars, eh?Interesting.

It is a great movie.Yes, I have not seen it. I'm serious.
Is it worth watching?
I consigned a car to Mecum in 2020, needed a photo of the VIN, which would have been verified at admission (that auction was cancelled because of Covid.) Since I was representing the GTX as numbers matching, I had to sign a boiler plate agreement to the effect that any and all liability was on me, and I'd indemnify the company for any expense they incurred in the event of a breach. What I found interesting, was that the contract language specifically addressed the drive line numbers, body numbers were never mentioned.Sort of makes B-J (and I assume, Mecum as well) sound like a fencing operation for dubious cars, eh?
The ones still out there are probably owned by the folks on this site.imo, the "powers that be" could find "issues" with half the restored cars out there if they choose to....... there are very few actual "survivors"
