Mordoors! Here's mine. 1964 Dodge Polara 4-door hardtop, built in Canada with factory bucket seats and console. I am the second owner since 1980. Currently has 440, dressed as a 426 street wedge. I am in the process of installing Vintage Air system.

My Motto "A 4 door can do anything a 2 door can.Even better in some cases.

I owned a 68 Valiant signet two door sedan in 1971 in that same color. I moved to a 66 polara later that year.
But it is a nice car, I have to say I have never seen a four door A body with factory bucket seats. Here is a 1969 Dart sedan that I have owned 15 years,,,,,,
it is a rust free Phoenix car, with factory 273 V8 and factory A/C. Everything is new mechanically (and numbers matching eng/trans) from the radiator to the U Joints! The Interior is original Dart Upholstery from a donor car in Pittsburgh, circa 2007, and I can only estimate the paint being from the 70's. still very good, acrylic Enamel!

PLMHEMI: I bought that black '70 Belvedere 4dr. in 2013 from someone in Kentucky(?)

and enjoyed it for awhile before selling it to someone from Ionia, MI.

I’m sure it’s my ‘68.

I got it in 2004, and it became my daily in 2014.

I drove my ‘68 wagon daily from 2001 to 2014. It unfortunately got rear ended by a 17 yo girl who thought it was more important to answer a text from her BFF, than to look where she was going.

Do you often drive around Lansdale? I swear I have seen this car (or one very similar to it) driving around. Very cool and I like the idea of a driver car!

I love the style of many 4 doors, I love their uniquenes as most are consumed for parts cars, long gone, I like stuff that has purpose, and that no one else gives a chit about!!!!

I love 4 doors, 68-69 is my favourite! I have 2 projects, other is converted to 2 door post with stoch 4 door roofline and other will be restored to factory stock. Seeing four old Mopars is rare today. Way more rare than anything!
Way back in the 80s I meet a Mopar guy at St Joe, Mo. There were a few heni cars scattered around and seeing one and talkng to the owner was a rare treat. The guy went to his first Mpar Nats and hemi cars were everywhere!!! He said after a while, it meant very little to him!!!c
I never take a car to a show, but I love going and meeting the "little" guy and seeing his slant or more door car, or whatever I usually enjoy that more than seeing ANOTHER RARE and desirable car.
Been there, seen them, built them.... sometime less is more, Or maybe more doors are more!!???

Most 4 door cars and wagons were beaten and crushed. Some had parts taken off that worked on the much more desirable 2 door cars.

Here's my work in progress 67 Belvedere. 512 stroker, 4 speed, mini tubbed, 3:55 narrowed 8.75 with a locker. Bucket seat interior (previously bench).

I've been tinkering with it for the last 7 years. I made a good run at getting it put together the year before last....but then got sidetracked with other projects. It's now back on all 4 wheels and really only needs the final engine bay wiring, radiator and fluids....that will be my winter project. For some reason I don't have any pictures of it in its current condition.

Yea they have been parts donors for decades.
But, the ones that are left are many times nice solid projects sorat a like many of the slant cars. They were never hotroded and abused..
OK so the rust belt cars rust out. Tx has NO salt!

Unfortunately, I have everything in the interior except the buckets. The buckets are done....in a 66 dodge pattern...because that's the new seat covers I got with the buckets when I bought them. I just need to bolt them in. It was much easier working under the dash without the seats in.

I'll try to get a few updated photos of the car as it sits and load them up this weekend.
