AC is way beyond my level of luxury so I don't think I'll be much help lol but do you know if it's Vintage Air or?

I have Classic Auto Air on my Coronet. They have an installation guide with photos under hood and under dash if you want to see how they run the AC lines.

Yes, it does. But it is all worth it.

BTW, you can get a headlight harness with relays on eBay for under $50. I'll find the link where I bought mine if you're interested.

Yep coming off your bulkhead commector the 3 main connectors will be wiper motor, engine, and headlight harnesses, and it'll definitely be worth it replacing all that stuff. That's a good deal on the headlight harness if TM can help you out!

Yes that would be great. My list of thongs to do keeps growing so does the money. Headers are my biggest cost. I'm looking at a set from summit 1 7/8 coated headers about 500 $ Headmon Headers. ?

I have the cheaper 1 7/8" Hedmans and didn't really have any issues. The starter clearance was pretty close but I have a feeling it would be with any brand haha. Whenever I pull my engine next I'll probably switch to tti's but for right now my hedmans work fine.

I just dropped off a set of the 1 7/8" Summit brand to a coater for a buddy to get ceramic coated again after being dented in a few different area with clearance issues on a 69 Charger.... with the exception of TTI being at the high end of the price scale (and worth every penny I understand) there are a few brands for a little bit more money that will give you less headache's. I ended up going with Doug's but the Hooker and of course TTI all have good value for the $$

Mr Speed,,Bulkhead connector , thats whats on the fire wall, where the wireplug Iin?,,maybe need to replace that? Ignition switch , guess thats what right beside the buckhead connector ?
Headers is the 2inch , worth the difference, 17/8 .?

Depends on your motor/build... For my crate they recommended 2" primaries and 3" exhaust... I had 1 3/4" on my 383.

Here's a pic of the Deutsch connector used for my bulkhead if it gives you any ideas. My car was completely re-wired with the EZ Wire 18 fuse kit.

Hey sorry I missed your question man but yeah the bulkhead would be the big plug through the firewall just to the left of your master cylinder, in the location goons connector is. The stock bulkhead connector is basically the huge square plug from the dash harness, with 3 individual connections for wiper motor harness, engine harness, and headlight harness

And ideally the electric fuel pump should be back by the fuel tank since they're usually designed more to "push" fuel rather than "pull"

The EZ wire kit was about $185.

It sounds like you have enough of a mess that starting from scratch might be a real good idea but will take time.

If you're looking for a place to mount a new fuse box since your glove compartment is out you can see where mine went
