You going to go disc on all (4) corners ? ? I'm leaning toward keeping the drums in back and going disc up front . . . but my rears need to be all rebuilt - SO ? ? ?

Really like the looks of the Discs that you've got up front . . . VERY, VERY NICE ! ! ! ( SMILE)

i know what ya mean i was gonna keep the drums also, and keep this build on a budget...lmao...that budget soon got thrown out the window. my buddy has me spending money on these nice parts. i almost thought he was gonna put them on his car. lol. we are shooting to have this thing on the road by my b-day late may. fingers crossed!!!!!!!!

Might need to go back and look at the cost of new drums, new wheel cylinders, new drum shoes, springs, clips, etc . . . VS . . . the swap to disc brakes on the back . . .

i got to head down to the shop, over did a little, i am smoked but we got alot done to it today. installed the rearend an hotchkis leafs an shocks, mocked up a few small parts and took the calipers off to check the stance, MOTHER OF GOD...im gonna need a plastic surgeon to get the smile off my face. i can not wait to get the new rims an tires on this bad boy.....:beavisnbutthead:

When USARR and I talked - here's what we discussed,
By the time you buy new drums, new shoes, new wheel cylinders, the cost for the disc brakes was about 2X ( just parts )
BUT . . . NOW you have to spend all that time media blasting, priming, and painting all the old parts ( then you still have old - freshly painted parts )
with the disc brakes, it's ALL NEW PARTS - how much is your TIME worth to clean up and paint all the old parts

What I've always said: The first $300 hurts, the next $300 is less painful . . .

BY the way USARR . . . What drums were you talking about ? ? ( thinking Discs may be in the future for the "Khan"-vertible ) ( SMILE )

i was just going off by the original drum brakes that were on it. plus i drove it last year with the drums front an rear, and i made up my mind i wanted discs all around so i can stop this good, little did i know i was gonna nuts like i did with all the other parts. REMEMBER khan your gonna have a hemi in that thing an ya gotta stop. lol....as for money part of it. i am numb i quit keeping track, just going with it. lol thanks for all the encouragement an support guys. usarr
