To bad you aren't closer to Ohio so you could drive it to the Nats in 3 weeks because I'd love to see it. You've got to be excited!

I got all the power steering tank an lines all hooked up. this is temporary for now. the driveshaft shop that made my driveshaft so far it is a work of art and it fit perfect. went to go start it and i still have the old battery (550 cranking amps) thats not enough. gotta go to 850 or 900 cold cranking amps. gotta a temp dash in for now just to get by with. just want to go out an drive this thing. didnt feel the best so this is all got done so far. gonna try an hit it hard next week.:beavisnbutthead:

Holy Cow there USARoadRunner . . . Man is that thing coming together NICELY . . . LOOKING GOOD !

Can't wait until I'm at your stage and putting things back together . . .

Now it's time to ask you . . . Are we there yet ?

Looks good! I need to get my gauges in too. You shouldn't need a huge battery to start that engine either. I think the little battery that is in mine right now is like 550 and it turns it over just fine. (was from my /6 parts car) Make sure your battery cables are good sized and making good contact. If that is all in order then it may just be a weak battery.

thanks kahn and kb, right now i got 1/0 cable for my positive and i got 2 gauge from negative to block and to frame and i also have two grounds from block to frame up front. just to eliminate the small battery issue i bought this monster. 750cca should get the job done. plus the sticker on it is cool too...LOL

I haven't checked out your build tread in a while,
the car has come a long way, I like all the mods...

looks like tons of room with that 6.1 liter hemi too,
always thought they were wider than that...

looks great, good luck

Everything is looking amazing USA! The scowl is definitely gonna fit this car perfectly :icon_thumleft: hope you've been feeling well hanging in there with your treatments too!

I had a battery out of a Durango I parted out that was "Mopar Power" but sadly it dropped a cell in the cold this past winter sitting and had to be scrapped. So I too will have to go buy a new battery. Was the pricing reasonable?

hey kb i went online and got a coupon off the net for the 72 series battery. i think it was $160 but with the coupon i got it for 84.95 plus tax. 750 cold cranking amps and it turns that hemi over now. hopefully have it fired up this weekend.

sweet swingin G! that's pretty damn cheap nowadays for a box full of lead :pimp:

wonder if I could find just the sticker to add to the collection...lol
