Need a couple measurement’s for 3rd gen b body

Replacing all my rails and thought this one was one the sheet but it’s not. I don’t have front rails now so I need the measurement from the 2nd hole on torsion bar crossmember to either first on second hole on rear rail.

Anyone have a tram gauge? Or even a tape measure to do it?
