Piant the valley pan or not?

Yep, like the contrast. Makes the intake stand out. Wish my engine compartment looked that good. Any future pics from me will be at a greater distance.

Oh you gotta check out the QFT throttle return bracket, it would look good with your proform.

Nice job! I like the painted pan. Mine is not and after a bunch of years it looks like crap.
Motor is painted orange now but some day it will get pulled and painted correct '66 vintage turquoise. Along with valley pan and aluminum intake.

I would paint it used oil brown and airbrush some spilt fuel tan highlights here and there. That way you can get a head start on what it'll eventually look like.
