Thank you , yes N/ss is the most fun I've had in years!!!
Hey Al congrats on getting in the 10's in that awsome looking Mopar of yours !
Welcome aboard "Silversedan" as thats one sweet Mopar you have a it runs great to boot ! I raced in a NSS class last year with my 63 Sport Fury as it is a street car and only has one carb as that clubs want 2 fours on the Max Wedge era cars but since my brother runs with the club they let me race with them sometimes and I love it !!!!!!!!! Ron
Thanks for the kind words 67coronetman. I love racing in the NSS classes when I can. As you can see I only use one carb as I just could not afford the crossram when I built it as its a 99% street car that I can really only aford to race a few times a year but I wish I could race more. One race I was at the club would not let me run with only one carb and no lettering on the car but the funny thing is from the outside with the hood down my car looked more Nostalgic with having the right height scoop and all then a few of the cars running the class. Well its their rule and I can understand them sticking to it. But most spectators would never know I am not running a crossram as my car has the period correct look more them some in that club do. Some even run the taller Max Wedge and Hemi scoop also as mine is stock height that I like. I want to go to the crossram one day but I will say it runs and drives so nice with this Indy dual plane that I dont know if I will ever get the crossram on it. Again thanks for the kind words and take care. Ron
