I don't post here much, but I have done a lot of reading!

Here is my combination.
66 Charger 400 block bored and stroked to 469. Eagle crank and rods, JE pistons, Stealth aluminum heads out of the box, Comp Cams solid cam .540 lift 286 duration, Torker intake, Quickfuel 950, Hooker Super Comp headers, MSD 6al set at 6,000 rpm's, MSD distibutor, 727 trans reverse manual valve body, 4200 stall, rear is still all stock, with 3.23 gears. Just got the car on the road this summer and the rear will be gone through and 3.91 ratio thrown in. Running MT super street tires I have run a best of 11.91 @ 112 mph.

Yes very good for 3.23! I would think 3.91 would get you close to 11.50's

Line bored and decked. Looking for ten seconds as the weather cools.

especially with a full cage stock-ish floor pan etc.
lots of alum., aftermarket suspension, fiberglass everywhere & Lexan helps for sure
