Well here goes...
I purchased a 1978 Magnum to use as a template for measurements and body lines. We then made a sheet metal version on our racing chassis that was 88% scaled down so it would fit and be proportionate. We also had to include a front air dam for downforce and safety. We then cut the body up and prepared the plugs to make the molds for fiberglass. Not gonna bother showing you all of them but heres the nose with the "bumper" and front air dam. We now have six molds complete and will be finishing the others soon. We will have a 14 piece, flange fit, Magnum style body that will fit any 105" perimeter stock car chassis. So that we can race cars that look like cars again! Like those driven by Arrington, Petty and Marty Robbins among others!
