I have several Chrysler FSM’s from the late 60’s to ‘78. One thing missing from them is the ground. The voltage regulator for instance only shows the positive. It threw me off at first. I’m going to buy the PerTronix Flame Thrower. And I guess that two wire is positive and negative. No instructions on the site. How can a two wire dizzy be so confusing?
Ground is negative and red is the HOT wire I guess?
How about a zero wire distributor (aka "dizzy or dizzie", for those that cannot or do not know how to spell correctly), it's called a MAGNETO.....its self contained...no external wires to get confused over; NO guessing involved ....coil, points, iron core, cap, and rotor, all internal.....just add an engine and wires to the spark plugs......just like your chain saw, lawn mower, weed eater, etc......and the magneto doesn't care what brand of spark plugs you use.....no muss or fuss.......How can a two wire dizzy be so confusing?
