LOL. I'll begin on her when I return from my trip on the 8th of Aug. I'm leaving on the 24th. Going home to check on my Mother and visit some family and friends.

Now you're out in the field man, the tent gives it the entire Army maint tent feel!

It does but the tools and equipment stays in the garage. I'm thinking to maybe build a work counter top inside the tent and along the outside wall of the garage where the car and tent is located. That way it's easier for me to work on her.

Nice looking Digs for the bird! She's already has her own house.

Yup I even told my girlfriend that Roxanne needs her own room for now because she doesn't allow Roxanne in the house. So I did the next best thing build her a room with more improvements later on when I return from vacation. Hopefully I can find me a new place with a large garage and man cave with a tools room. So what do you think?

beats the snot outta hoping it don't rain!

Heck yeah..I agree. Just getting out of the sun is a plus. Doesn't let Roxanne in the house huh? Sounds like my wife. Last time she walked in and seen a trunk deck lid in the livingroom I swear she was about to start shooting lightning bolts at me. Vicious I tell ya.

now mine tells me to bring stuuf IN the house. just lay out a blanket and I can work on stuff. she'd rather have that then me down in the garage.

Wow...you're blessed. I get the evil monkey from Family Guy pointing at the garage. It's ok though, I have a secret weapon........."The beer fridge"

Hey RB, I'm also doing my 70 my satillite in a tent like you, just on the East coast. When it comes to media blasting, read Donny's posts (dr blast). If you choose to do it yourself like me, make sure you have plenty of air CFM. I started blasting with a big pot from work but only being able to work on it a few hrs a day I was tying up the pot they needed at work. So I swithched to a 150# pot similar to yours but I still use a 150 CFM compressor. The small pot & nozzle makes it easy to do smaller items & inside doors etc. I use recycled glass @40 to 50 psi. DO NOT BLAST big panels they may warp!!
I used a 3m stripping wheel on a 4 1/2" grinder hood, doors fenders etc, then lightly blasted to get a uniform surface. Best bet is to have it done by others if you can fnd some one you can trust like Donny reccomends. Good luck & return safe
