Roadbird's 1970 Roadrunner restoration.

That is a great looking home Roadbird! I can understand being impatient but once this is over and your in and settled, things will start to smooth out where you can be a bit more relaxed.. You do have a lot going on it appears anyway. Good luck and hope all this turns out good for you and the family..

This was a great waste of time for an early Sunday morning read! Good luck with the car and keep posting photos!

Just got back.

Just got back from the place with my realtor and I have more pics of the inside of the house and the detached garage and so forth. Here they are.

That is a beautiful house inside and out. The garage looks like it has alot of room in there. If you have 2 vehicles inside, how much walk-around room do you have?

Well if you look at the photos of the garages from the outside the detached can hold 2 vehicles with plenty of walk around room and a place for the tools, etc. The detached has 2 garage doors 1 for each garage. You see the mustang then to the right of that is another garage for another car. My plan is to put my 70RR on the left side and the tools in the front of the car and the other side. Or I can mount the Roadrunner body on a twirler and occupy both garages side ways.

Cool Roadbird! Looks like a great home and love the fireplace.. Great on those snowy, cold nights... Garage will be a welcome addition for your bird.. enjoy!

very nice good luck with all and keep us posted :headbang:

Looking good John! That garage will be so cool!
Can´t wait to see Roxanne bare naked in a couple of months...

Well she's pretty much fully naked right now except for some old shoes she's wearing. Yeah she's going on the rotisserie after the move and remove her rearend and K member and torsion bars. Everything is coming apart and media blasted. I'm also having my 69RR parts car transported because I am in need of some of it's parts so I can start and finish where I left off. Be vigilant for further updates on this thread and more pics coming.

Great looking place Roadbird! Wow...Hot tub! Living Large..Living Large. I'm sure besides yourself, Roxanne is going to love her new home as well.

Keep the Hot Tub, you're going to need it after working of the RR awhile.
Is the Mustang a V6 or V8?

V8, 302. My realtor said the owner of the place owns it and is coming back here to close the deal and move his stuff out and yes he's taking that too. They said that's his baby but I can find out if he'll sell it if your interested? But if he does not show and take his stuff out then it'll be mine and I'll file an abandoned vehicle and have them furnish me a salvage yard title and sell it myself when it becomes mine. But that's far fetched. I'm hoping the owner does come and we close the deal for the house. Not so interested in owning a Ford, I have one already Ranger Pick up. I'm more interested in my 70 and 69 Roadrunner. Can't wait to move into this house and start working on my dream car and get on the road and enjoy it.
