IMO, this is one somewhat radical build that doesn't bother me.

Despite all the body alterations, look what they didn't mess with too much-

The paint job.

True, it's 70/71 HIP paint on a 73, and they did swoop the stripe a little bit, but it's very close to something that left the factory.

That bolsters my personal thought that it's kinda difficult to do better than the factory did for "custom" paint on these cars.

It's also a case where HIP paint actually works on a post HIP body, although in 73 you could still get Hemi orange, Petty Blue and something that might as well be Lemon Twist.

I have always liked that car, and have seen it pop up every once in a while, here are a couple of other photos I have seen over the years.

Don't care for the headlight/grill but otherwise it looks great
Yeah... that looks odd to me as well. I do like the front bumper mods. Sublime never appealed to me though. So many people like it but it just looks bad to me, FM3 is the worst though. Holy crap I hate that color!

Can I just have the 8-71 and leave the rest? Overall, not the worst I've seen.

Hate the engine stickin outta the hood. Otherwise, I like it.

I was kind of repulsed by it at first, but the more I look the more I like it....kind of slutty...lol!
Only two things I could realy do without, is the bugcatcher and the steel braid cover on the rad hose...

meh..
it looks like the ugly chick you take for
a ride once in a while
but you don't want to be seen with..

I actually like the grille treatment.

It looks like it was inspired by an RTS show circuit car.

I think I may try what they did with the "scoop" inlets to make them functional.

I don't like folks messing with the 73-74 hoods. They already have a bulge, and when you stick something else on them, like an additional scoop, air grabber, or this mess, it just looks cheap and tacky to me. I would have used a standard hood myself.

I agree, kind of renders the factory "scoop" detail redundant, despite now being functional.

...but I like what they did if you remove the snorkel from the equation.

Not a big custom guy but can deal with this one....but only if she can fly.

For some reason...I have no idea why...it reminds me of the first mad max movie. I like it.

I don't care too much for it.Then again I don't care for much of anything newer than '71,,,,,
