Try putting your stock coil back on. See what happens.

I had a problem similar to yours before i put my car away for winter. Listen to these guys and try another coil. My car was backfiring and stuttering and would sometimes die. It would then take quite a while to start back up, until one day it wouldn't start at all. Swapped coils and fired right up. I believe I have the same coil as you it was an Accel(yellow) brand new and I thought that it couldn't be the problem. Turns out it was and exchanged it for a new one, works great now.
