Ticking Noise in a 1970 Roadrunner?

I bet my money on the rear end. Add a bottle (4 oz) of Mopar Limited slip additive . Noise will be gone.
 
OH, one other thing. replace your PCV valve. If they are stopped and allow oil into the combustion chamber, this will LOWER the octane of the fuel and you will get detonation.
I had that happen also.
 
Maybe the OEM clock finally started working?
:rofl: ....if that is the case.....give it a few more minutes, and the ticking will stop forever.
