Another day behind me. Thanks again Guys.
I saw this thing the other day on TV about visualization and controlling dietary cravings. They did a blind test where people looked at a bowl or plate of their favorite junk food and visualized the smell and texture and feel of eating it bite by bite over the course of 5 minutes. Then the scientist told each subject they could then eat as much as they wanted from the plate in front of them. They all ate 40% less than the control group that didn't do visualization beforehand. I know that visualization can be powerful from when I've applied it in sports practice applications.
Not sure if it would apply for smoking too, but it might be worth a shot and it's free to try.
Thanks!Few more, you'll be there.. NICE Charger bobs66440... Had a white 67 long ago...first mopar, hooked me for LIFE!![]()
Thanks!
Almost a month and all is well.....
Good for you! I quit smoking 10 years ago.I still get the urge to have a quick puff once in a while but it passes quickly. The hardest thing for me was the after a meal smoke and the with a beer smoke. The best part about not smoking is all the extra $$$$$ for Mopar parts![]()
FatJack, how ya doin' buddy? Hope you're still going strong! Summer's almost here and time to get our cars ready for driving and showing!
