Damn. Even though it's just the garage that still sucks. Good to hear it wasn't the house.

Water is the worst! Hope everything gets cleaned up quickly and the Charger doesn't have any serious issues.

A real pain in the butt.

Man o man...
Sorry to see that.
Hope the sun starts shining on that situation asap!

That sucks.

Looks like the creek found an unused tributary.

Perhaps a little regrading is in your future.

Wow. Sympathy for your situation. Stay positive.

Sorry to hear that! I guess you need another lift. Get those seats apart and drain all of the fluids. You don't want
any black mold growing on the upholstery!

Is there a 100 year flood plain record?

Should have been disclosed at sale.

TN is likely different than FL but that sort of stuff should be everywhere.

You got some engine, trans and rear end fluid to do just in case water got in. You have work ahead of you.

I'm no stranger to a flooded house and garage but it's been over 40 years since it happened......but it happened 3 times! The good thing is I didn't get that much water. Why it hasn't happened anymore is because I sold that dang place and moved to higher ground. I feel for you man!

no record of flooding that I know of, have talked to people that have been here 25-30 years, they say they have never seen this place flood.
the previous owner died about a year after i purchased the place
as far as insurance, I am being told by agent that they do NOT offer flood insurance, I have to buy a separate policy through FEMA

Yep....FEMA crap! The first time I flooded I didn't have any but did for the next 2 times and guess what, FEMA is now saying that the claims were filed on the house I have now!! I fought them for 3 years to no avail. Even sent them records of where I lived when the claims were filed. They just came back and said the previous owner here probably filed the claims and someone my name got put on the paper work. Freaking aholes. Heard that hurricane Harvey put 5' of water in my old place and well, the street out here didn't even have water on it and it's only 9 miles from my old place.
