Deceased, But not forgotton
As another summer comes to a close - at least for us poor northern bastards , I'm happy with the improvements I've done to the GTX this year.
First and most drastic change was the installation of a Six Pack... er, 6BBl - it's a Plymouth. Having wanted a Six Pack since they came out and not being able to afford an A12 and loving my GTX to death, it's the best of both worlds. After working out a few bugs, it's running great.
Second improvement was to have the chipped paint around the tail lights fixed. Looks much better.
Next, I had the air grabber breather base and top powder coated. I tried doing the rattle can route but it just wasn't right.
Lastly and the most visually obvious improvement, I had the hood stripes redone in organisol. There is absolutely no comparison between organisol and any other finish. You have to see it for yourself to know what I mean.
Having blown this year's budget months ago, I'm now planning next year's improvements.
