What did you do to your Mopar today?

lol.. I did not see that either. On my basket of bolts today I sanded down the filler from yesterday around the reshaped rear quarter tail on the right side. The bumper end now wraps around just right and the body lines match it. Also the contour line in the bumper looks right since I moved it up. I did the left side today but no filler yet. I got interested in slicing out the plates I had welded into the bumper center when I reattached the two halves last time. It's all set to weld back together tomorrow. Here's some pics...

I was working on the shock that fell off the car[bottom mount]....and needed a heavy rasp to clean-up the bottom. I managed to take a big chunk outta my finger-tip.....and bleed all over the place. Where's CSI?

The more you bleed in it or on it, the more it really becomes your car.

How are you doing in the "sweat" and "tears" areas?

Sweat and tears, are daily. A good blood-letting is required from time to time.

It happens to me every time I pick up the angle grinder. The knuckles on my left hand are all scarred up.

Counted left hand nicks and dings...there's 25 today.
Amazingly, right hand also has 25 dings.
One of them is a deep steel sliver I've kept in my palm 2 years as a souvenir.
Maybe it'll rust away, maybe I'll have it taken out.

Counting wont do it for me, I have too many from years of construction and warfare.

I did something I hate to do. I made a appointment to have my exhaust installed. I have my x pipe and ultra flow mufflers but my headers don't align with my trans cross member notches. I cant bend tubing to make the tail pipes any way so I will let him do it. Over the years all I have had anyone do to it is front end alignment and tire mounting. So now I will make a open header loud trip to his shop. At least the owner has a nice 70 Charger.
