Ok guys, I’m gonna post a couple pics. My car is way on the back burner right now for many reasons but there were a couple spots driving me nuts.
One was on the trunk so I rough sanded it just to get a good coat of primer on to hopefully stop the mess.
Second, the hood had a really bad dent, looks like a widow maker fell right on it. I fanged the dent up then tried to slowly shrink the metal back into place. I’m almost there but it looks so much better. Long way to go on this car.

I bought $400 of parts.

2 new front tires
cat whiskers
BSM trim clips
single fill air shock valves

...and I'm finally repairing the rollers and painting the brackets on my bucket seats.

Car is almost ready to come home from the paint shop.

I'll update my "The under 5K paint thread" when I get it back.

Drove it with the new 3 in 1, 1" phenolic spacer. I tried the open, 4 hole and 4 hole tapered and got the best results with the 4 hole pieces. More torque on the streets, better throttle response, no hot start issues, blah blah blah. The hood and the air cleaner arent too fond of me though.

I installed the one piece Summit Racing windage tray gasket and oil pan I repaired and filled her with oil.

Your antenna at first glance looks like it's holding the hood open. Looks hinged on drivers side. Once you see it as normally hinged it's hard to see as the antenna holding hood up.

EMS AC fitted.

I should have just enough space inside the scoop for the Wilson ported Manifold and 1" carb spacer which is next, also 2" drop spindles / wheels & Tires.

Well, not on the car but started to teardown the 230 400block thats going to be a 451build now that the 440 runs flawless!

And what do i find, a crack in the middle cambearing and a broken compression ring. But the walls and cam looks in good shape with no edges.
