What did you do to your Mopar today?

Took the twins to a local Cars and Coffee yesterday morning. With ambient temps climbing into the low 100s early, We only lasted about an hour or so. Then went for breakfast with the wife and youngest daughter.

Cleaned the bugs off from driving in the evening after the local car show on the 4th. I had my 70 Charger and my friend had his 69 Coronet both cars sporting 8" and 10" Halibrand replica wheels. About a 100 cars and trucks at the 4th of July show in Buffalo City, WI

Still working on my Duster's brake system. I figure 2 more hours, and bleed them.

I just got the Charger back from having all the front suspension bushings replaced. I am supposed to leave for Carlisle on Thursday, so I decided to nut and bolt everything just to be safe. I had to readjust the torsion bars. The right front was 3/4 inch high causing the left rear to be 3/4 inch low. Now it is perfectly even. I also found the sway bar links were not tightened evenly, and a couple of tie rod clamps were not as tight as I liked. I noticed that the lower control arm bushings must have been shot for a while, since there were witness marks where the adjusters were rubbing on the frame rails. I think I am good to go now.

Worked on getting my seat springs painted for the trip to the upholstery shop. Still have the back ones to do yet. What a job.

Got the body work done and primer laid down on the front clip and bottom of the charger. My goal was to get it in primer before Carlisle.
