What did you do to your Mopar today?

Today I dreamed of the day it would be delivered and I could start working on it

Drove Avocado Gold to work!

All my pics keep coming out upside down. I give up.

I drove mine to work. Took it to go get lunch, and when I leave I will be taking it to meet a guy who's selling a set of 440 headers. I did the exact same thing yesterday, but instead of buying headers I bought an 850 Thermoquad. :)

Pulled off rad hose/t stat housing, alt/pwr steer pump and brackets, fan/pulley. Cleaned up front of block/heads and h2o pump housing for a touch up paint job. Painting the fan alt/pwr steer brackets, dist hold down,P1311666.jpg green to match vc's, valley pan and intake highlights.

been working on my cam swap the last few days, out with the hyd roller and in with a MP .557

1970 Roadrunner

Working on my '70 RR...Over the last couple weeks I replaced the starter, radiator for a Champion, fuel pump, battery, coil...Today I lowered the front end about an inch and drove it a bit to settle the suspension. Then I polished the chrome.

Tomorrow I look for an alignment shop.

Took my 78 year old mother for a ride in my 70 RR for the first time. She was wary of it, but by the time I was red line in second gear, she was smiling from ear to ear.

I fyou can wait till Carlile take to Tri City Plating they will be 1/2 the price of any local platter and far better quality for the money. I have used them with great success.

worked on the brakes, ordered about 2500 worth of parts and dreamed about the forst day of spring when i will open the garage door dramatically, hop in the drivers seat, accompanied by an attractive female (position is still open) and drive off into the sunset

Plumbed the fuel line and filter ( that was the other day ) bled the new disc brakes (scarebird), got the new horn relay installed (and the horn WORKS!!!!!). Waiting for the new starter relay with the correct ground post for the neutral safety switch.

Sanded down my filler panel I bought from another member and put first coat of primer on. Will have photo's when I do some more work.

Been hunting and collecting parts since I parked it in the garage last fall. Got almost all the emblems. I'm waiting for taxes to finish interior and suspension.

How about what I did Sunday? Changed out the wheels on my '64 Polara to powdercoated cop wheels with 215/70X15 & 275/60X15 tires. Also did a retro paint job on my hood scoop with the help of my 72 year old Dad. Still need to color sand and clear it. Looking at doing something similar on the roof.

Those tires/wheels look great. I run something similar on mine.

I took a B-body axle and moved the pads in to go under my '56 Plymouth on Saturday.
