What did you do to your Mopar today?

took the Barracuda to track with some gear head buddies and had blast

Ordered oil pan, pickup, and windage tray from Summit, oil pan is on back order. More delays.

Blocked the window up on mom's truck, drove down to shop to flush and reinstall overflow tank, and.....radiator is leaking between plastic tank and AL core WTF???

More has gone wrong on that truck in the last week than in the last 45,000 miles!!

Sold what was left of the 74 shell to the same guy that bought the 73 because he thought the cowl was in better shape.
Got to keep p/w doors, disk brakes, sunroof roof, cruise parts, and road wheels. Plus, him and his nephew did 2/3 of the labor to remove all that crap.

Now I'll have a much shorter sig!

Put my braided rad hose back on with a GOOD hose clamp. This time it stayed in place and didn't look like SHREK had an orgasm all over my engine bay.

decided to give my girl the necessary TLC she requires over the winter...some patches, a trunk lid, and a respray...MURPHY stay the hell away please!

Got the rad back form the shop. I was able to get a brass / copper core back in it. Now looking for a small block pass side auto trans line as I had to snap my old one

Decided that it may finally be cool enough to drive my '64. I have been nursin' my radiator along hoping to get a new one this past summer. Some bad luck with the house and some furlough (yes, one of those gov't employees) has forced me to push things to the right. This weekend just may be cool enough where it won't make much difference..............

Changed the oil and filter. 145 thousand miles. Getting ready for the Los Angeles trip. New Dash Cam and programmed the Garmin. Big Block bliss soon.

Brought the gtx for NYS inspection.....Then drove around with "No Particular Place to Go”............

Replenished some garage stuff for working, Went and had my tank for the welder filled and bought some extra welding wire. Charged the battery getting ready for the winter set, hibernation i guess.. Next is a wash and wax, i keep putting off the inevitable so to get another day of fun before winter, hopefully...

i broke the news to her that we don't have the funds available to refresh her this winter...gonna have to wait til next season...just gonna collect the needed parts this year.

I went out and got very upset at her owner, 8 years never seeing snow and now caught out in the white stuff, I do hope Mothers car wax is everything they say it is! my bad.

Oh Ron, you can just keep that crap to yourself. LOL! It's 31 degrees here tonight, and I just came in from covering up the outdoor faucets. I was just in my bootie shorts a couple weeks ago ...... ugh, I hate winter.
