Pretty cool reading back a month. Worked on the weed eater a very little bit and did some cleaning up out under the shop car port out back. Man, I really really hate working on the small lawn equipment but if I do a little at a time, I won't throw it into the flood control ditch! :D Plus still treating the sod web worm mess but it's really slowing down finally. 3 days in a row it rain right after treatment so I quit for 3 days and of course, it didn't rain for those days. :( We're supposed to get some cool weather this coming week so I'm trying to get things cleaned up where I can move my car out under the carport and do some grinding/cutting for the replacement flooring which was supposed to start before the hurricane crap was coming. Still have my bedroom window boarded up and will probably leave it that way until hurricane season is over with!

I'm one of two with a sister that thought she would be my mom all of my life when our mom passed away when I was 12....she was 16. Long story short is I finally told her to please leave me alone about a year ago. Should have done it 30 years ago! Kinda sucks being my only sibling but.....

Another day on the lake. Decided to check out this old stone house museum after hearing about it. Pretty cool, pull up to a dock on the lake and walk right up to it. I love stuff like this, I'd buy a home like this in a heartbeat!! Just thinking about how you'd build a home like this with such beautifully sculpted stones and ones that have to weigh 1,000+ lbs

Finally got my weed eater back together and running after being apart for over a month then did about 85% of what I needed to do after it being down for a month. Had to gather it all up when the hurricane looked like it was going to come in and then find all the parts in the mess of my shop to put it together. Man, like I said earlier, really do not like working on this little stuff that usually requires 3 hands but with the help of zip ties, it got put together and without having extra parts! :D I did booger the new throttle cable though trying to fit it to the trigger but seems to be it may be ok. And still fighting the damn sod web worms but at least they are not so prevalent now. Might use up some diazinon insecticide that's still hanging around here to put a hopeful end to them. Just need to make sure it ain't gonna rain right after putting it down....

Side Job; making this old gal run. Made up about 5 connections including a battery, eyeballed the points and she fired right up. 1959 International A102.

Even though my old Belvedere is a long ways from yours, I miss using it as a daily driver! Heck, drove it to work and everywhere else for 10 years before tearing it apart.....
We put about 70 miles on the cars today, then before going home parked the cars in front of the liquor store and went to the grocery store for about an hour to get another months worth of supplies. Only the 2nd time I've let the wife into a store since March.

Yeah, it's kinda crazy still to go out and do much.....as much as I hate to say that. Man, this crap is nuts.

Well it isn't my Mopar, started putting the first bit of paint on dad's D250. Big milestone although painting the door insides, underside of the hood and cab interior is only a start, any start is good.
