that is what is wrong with the car hobby and why most people cannot afford these cars today. My first was a 1970 Ddodge Charger RT SE 426 Hemi. I paid 1700.00 in 1974. I still have the original motor in pieces at Home in my Garage. I am waiting on the current owner who knows who I am to pay me 40K for the original all numbers matching motor.i was offered 28,000.00 I said no. it requires patience.
Well who said you have to have a numbers matching Hemi. Buy a complete crate Motor for 17K, But I will wait on this guy to get very close to the price. Original Hemi's are demanding big money again. Again you have to be patient. Owning these Motors and cars are not for everyone considering only 200 where built.that is what is wrong with the car hobby and why most people cannot afford these cars today.
My first Mopar was Plum Crazy Purple and didn't even have wheels

All I have left of her is a carb and a fuel pump that the new owner forgot to take....
Cool boat, but there's no Hemi in it; that's false advertising!
Also, why did the throttle stick after she took her foot off of it?
