Hey Beekool, here is one part that is very exciting. A huge Lot! 800 sq ft shop, 2 car garage and three big sheds. House is 2500 sq ft, 115 years old and has all original hardwood thought out the house. Doors have original transomes and stained glass. Unfortunately all of my inside photos are with the previous owners stuff still inside. He was an antiques hoarder and just emptied the house this week. We'll be there in a couple of weeks to finally see it empty!

You're making me homesick. I still love my Leon Russell music. Going back to Tulsa one more time, yes I'm going on back to Tulsa just a one more time. Got sweet home Oklahoma on my mind. We kind of pronounce it Telsa or T-town. Go to Cain's Ballroom. You have a lot of local lingo to pick up. The Ozarks has it's own dialect and accent. Cross between Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. You'll learn. You mainly slide through your words kind of musically.

Yep! Huge Leon fan here too. One of my faves. He had a recording studio on the lake back in the day. And I also look forward to seeing shows at Cain’s again. Been a while!

Yep, me too, 31 years here, grew up in OKC, had some good times on Grand lake, Tenkiller and Eufaula when I was a teen, nice area.
I am going to suckle these "grapes" for another few years and retire back home.

Yep, I get one room for my record collection and books and the rest is the wife's. I'm fine with that arrangements as I now will have a garage AND a shop! Room for MORE CARS!!!
