Which camshaft is this?

I have bought a 318 cui motor (casting nr 4006730-318-2 witch i think was year 76-79) that has been in the workshop for many years and I will use it in my Satelitte when the old engine is cracked.
I have taken it apart to give it new headgasket mainbearings mm and have taken the camshaft out to see whitch model but there is not stamped anything at the end of the camshaft just a few numbers on the actual knobs and I did not think I can judge the conditions on the camshaft?

Also the hard face on the cam lobes are worn you be better off replacing it

The numbers are casting numbers it appears
Hard face on a stock cam???
I do not think even flame hardened
maybe not even parkerised
(phosphate acid etch for anti rust and to hold break in lube)
the nose on the right hand photo seems to be going away
cheap regrind touch up or new cam new lifters or reface the originals depending on where you are headed with this rebuild
how was the timing chain/ cam gear...
check the screen and oil pump for nylon debris

The timing gear/Chain was in very bad condition and i Think i bye a new camshaft/lifters timing gear/chain kit on eBay but i dont know what kit ? I have a brandnew Alu manifold and a holley carb and i think the engine have Stock piston so i hope i can get help for the right parts and maybe get the 318 back to life

Which al manifold and which carb 4bbl vac secondaries? how big 600cfm good
was this a 2 bbl motor or a late model 4 bbl motor
can you see the head casting numbers (? is does it have 360 heads?)
stock exhaust?
do you know the cranking compression?
