I have had extremely good luck with AC delco 10-2010 sealant. It's light gray so it doesn't stick out like a lot of the auto repair store brands do and it works beyond good. Also, morroso perm-a-flex valve cover gaskets (blue rubber with a steel core) work extremely good, are reusable, and best of all don't require goop!
