Too bad you're not closer to Georgia. I have a REAL nice little 318 I just put together and I am looking to sell it now to fun a different direction. LA block, magnum heads, Edelbrock air gap, nice Lunati cam 9.3:1 bluprinted compression. Probably go an honest 325-360 HP and bump 400 tq. It's fresh and sittin in the floor.

I here you and others, like cranky saying you can build a nice stroker or good hp with a 400 block and build up from there,

So lets say I build a 318 with some good hp what hp and $$$ and also go with a 400 block ready to go what kind of hp and $$$ and of course the 440 and would be 6000.00 plus because of all the changes that needs to be done. So that 400 I mentioned couple treads ago is dipped and ready to go and is a 2 hr drive from here and maybe get it for 250.00 but then need everything but would be new. So I would like a good hp fun street car and headers a must lol Thx
Can I make a 470 and what is a starting point for this. Thanks
