You can use the SBI positive seals that press down on the guides. You can also use a 3' length of clothes line in the spark plug hole to keep the valves from dropping.

Anybody want to try a 64 Dodge tag decode?

I see what you mean but I am afraid there is no 2 under the P. I will have to get under the seats to try and find some paperwork. Thanks all.

Anybody want to try a 64 Dodge tag decode?

Thanks for all the information. Is it common to find build sheets on these cars? Wouldn't a build sheet confirm if the car was built with the 361 or if this is some kind of oddball 413? Where are build sheets typically found?

Anybody want to try a 64 Dodge tag decode?

Well the engine has a 4 barrel on it. The block stamping reads Top row: V 41 Second row: 6 8 This date seems to match the body date. Is it possible that this is a 413 and original to the car?

Yes. The '64 is just what you thought. The owner did not drive it the two hours from Jersey but I guess he does drive it to the Rhinebeck show. He said when he bought it it had ~7000 miles on it. There are ~14,000 on it now. The '63 was racing in the F.A.S.T. class. Maybe someone here knows...
