2017 7th Annual FABO NHRA "Pick 'Em" Game - Time For Your NITRO Fix! Get Ready To Make Your Picks!!!

I read a little blurb about former T/F Champion Larry Dixon
is going to be back in T/F Gator Nationals
not sure how many races etc. just a mention he'll be
racing @ the gators next weekend..

Hmmm...I'd like to see Dixon back behind the wheel but he's not shown on the list of T/F entries for the Gators yet.
Chris Karamesines, Ike Maier and Smax Smith are listed, but no LD.

I saw it on a "Tweet or FB post" what ever it was,
on the NHRA's site in multimedia stuff,
http://promod.nhra.com/multimedia/default.aspx
small window to the right after clicking on that page (@DixonTopfuel)
second post in that window right now IIRC, it was @ the top a while ago...

Just saw an article on competition.com that says LD will be running his own car with his own team at the Gators - but still not listed in the TF entries on nhra.com.

Larry Dixon now shows on the NHRA.com TF entry list for the Gators

Congrats to Nick2317 (FBBO) for grabbing Top Qualifier title of the 2017 NHRA Gatornationals with an outstanding total of 32.0 bonus points. He picked the #1 qualifiers in both Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle and the #3 qualifiers in both Top Fuel and Funny Car. Way to go!
71dartswinger (FABO, Back in Time (FABO), memike (FABO) and ocdart (FABO) was right behind in the #2 qualifier spot with 29.5 bonus points. More great picks!
Good luck all in eliminations tomorrow!

We have 16 players starting off the 2016 NHRA "Pick 'Em game season and 14 different driver combos made up of:
* 5 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There could be one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations if they all survive the opening round.
* 6 different Funny Car drivers with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup between #8 qualifier Jack Beckman (1 pick) and #9 qualifier Tim Wilkerson (1 pick). There are 2 potential head-to-head matchups in Round 2 of eliminations.
* 5 different Pro Stock drivers picked this week. No Round 1 head-to-head matchups and a single possible head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock Motorcycle riders picked this week with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup between #4 qualifier Andrew Hines (3 picks) and #13 qualifier Angelle Sampey (1 pick). There are no potential head-to-head matchups in Round 2 of eliminations.

Good luck all!
