Congrats to both SSG Karg (FABO) and Nick2317 (FBBO) - 2nd week in a row for Nick2317 - for grabbing Top Qualifier title of the 2017 Denso Spark Plugs NHRA Nationals with very nice totals of 22.5 bonus points. SSG Karg picked the #1 qualifiers in Top Fuel, the #2 qualifier in Funny Car and the #3 qualifier in Pro Stock; Nick2317 picked the #1 qualifier in Pro Stock, the #2 qualifier in Funny Car and the #3 qualifier in Top Fuel. Way to go!
64BEL (FBBO) was in the #2 qualifier spot with 21.0 bonus points. More great picks!
Good luck all in eliminations tomorrow!

We have 16 players playing this week of the 2016 NHRA "Pick 'Em game season and 15 different driver combos made up of:
* 5 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There could be one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations if they all survive the opening round.
* 6 different Funny Car drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There are 2 potential head-to-head matchups in Round 2 of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock drivers picked this week. No Round 1 head-to-head matchups and a single possible head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations.
Good luck all!

Inclement weather in Martinsville today so no qualifying bonus points

I'm going to be at my Inland Mopars Car Club monthly meeting tomorrow and won't have access to a television for the start of the race.
So, the cutoff time to post your race picks for Martinsville will be 11:00AM EDT (2:00PM PDT) whether the race starts at that time or not.

Yeah...just wait, Ski. I've been known to do very well before, but I always end up in the basement by the end! LOL

all my picks went out in the semis IIRC

64Bel,
I'm going backwards I think....
Budnicks, you always do good with this.......

I cant figure this out, If you win a final does that count for big points or is it picking the #1 qualifier?
(I'm so confused)

last 2 races for me I qualified good then crapped the bed in the race ....oh well

The most points are earned in eliminations, so picking a winner is better than picking top qualifier. It all depends on how the others do, too. Sometimes you do well but if others do better you may not move up as much as you would hope.
