Baer is a very good brand. Anyone has it?
By the way, I am not a mechanical master.
Could any one tell me your opinion about power brakes, manual brakes, with or without parking brake...?
What would be the perfect setup for you?

Running manual brakes with no parking brake, I can tell you wilwood kits are fool proof very simple install, I imagine other would be the same.

Do you remember how thick the spacer is?

Yes it is 1/8 inch and solid black. Like I said I won't be at my shop again until Sunday but I can get pics then. Also on my 17 inch American racing magnum replicas I had to use the spacers for the center caps to clear the cap on the wilwoods hubs.

I will use 15" Torq Thrust II wheels (285/50/15 in the rear and 245/50/15 in the front). Do you think I will need spacers? Anyone has tried Wilwood with these wheels?

You need to call them and ask what’s the caliper clearance on the wheels you want, I tried to look on their site but they have nothing listed other than a measuring guide. I know my wilwood 12.19” rotor and 4 piston caliper needs 7.03” of clearance from center of hub to atop the caliper. My fronts have the 6 piston and they needed more clearance
