I love it. So bright and fresh. Either/or for sure. Different palates for different folks. Like liver. Like it or hate it.

It's likely that I have the OR6A2 gene which detects the soapy mold smell in cilantro, and people without it get the citrus/parsley flavour instead. Depending on the part of the world you're in, up to 1/5 of the population can have this gene.
