I am taking pointers from your work. That looks like the same type of insulation that I got. I got 2 rolls, sounds like that I have plenty.
 
Looks great. I am wondering how hard it would be to put the insulation on the inside of the door and rear qtr for the wtr glass? I was also thinking of foam in the A-pillar (with a hose or tube for wiring inserted before hand). Even doing the C-Pillar as well with foam.

I figured with all new weatherstrip, insulation behind the door panels/sail panels and headliner combined with doubled up on the floor and firewall with tinted glass and a new A/C system i would be ok...

The borgeson box is like half the size of the Chrysler one.....make sure you get the coupler and hoses too and kiss the rag joint goodbye
