My charger restoration dream car

I love that '69 blue Road Runner post car under the tent
You can see I'm probably a little prejudices about the types of cars I took pictures of. It made me want to come home and get working on my car.

This gtx belongs to a guy on here.

Buy anything?
I did buy a few things but not as much as I usually do. My son kept wanting to watch the drag races. I don't blame him though.
I bought an antenna kit, front & rear window clips, windshield wipers, and a speedometer cable.

I need help again. I think that I'm missing a part to attach my ignition switch to my dash. The switch just floats in the hole and does not lock to keep it from spinning. I have tried to look up parts but I don't know what to look for or what to call it. Do any of you know what I'm missing?

It would take a while for me to find mine and look at it, but I think you may be missing the back jam nut or spacer, in the bottom left of this pic.

Thanks, I will look into that to see what I can find out. I was thinking that there may be something that would hold a dash light to light up the ignition switch also.

I could not find a back jamb spacer for my ignition switch without buying the whole ignition kit so for now I fabricated my own.

Do any of you know if there is a bracket that holds the ignition light that shines through this hole to light up the switch or if I can find a light pig tail for this? I'm sure I could make something if there isn't anything.

Nice work on the washer, I'll look to see if I have a old one.

Kid I will refrain from bidding :D

Not all cars came with one.......How to tell is if your car got the accessory light package. If you had a map light and glove box light than you probably had this option....

All that stuff can be added to your existing harness if you want and you have the pigtail for that already. The map light and glove box light will require another small harness to be added....

If I am not mistaken ignition switch light unit is different from a 68 and 69.....
