Name that cartoon character

I still watch:

Family Guy
South Park
The Simpsons
Futurama
Rick and Morty
Archer
I like 'Archer' it's on too late, adult content, I love the characters in it
I think it's last season (12 ?) has run too, just reruns now

I do watch 'Futurama' every so often late-night, it's pretty funny

I can't watch that without seeing Peggy Bundy every time Layla opens her mouth.

Because that's who it is.

Leila is a MUCH more complex character.

...and longer running.

Jimmy and Witchy-Poo - she looks different in drag.

how about this one ?
if it hasn't been posted already
it's not really a cartoon, but they showed cartoons
they road around in buggies in the intro IIRC

Jan Michale Vincent was on another show, like a 'Tarzan type' character
during that Hour too, don't remember the name of that one

Ultra Man's name when he isn't Ultra Man is............

Too long ago, man.

...and I only saw that show a few times.

The one below I saw more of around 1980-ish, but still couldn't tell you names other than the main character/title.

I am somewhat handicapped here because we only had UHF stations on our TV when I was a kid.
Anything I saw that wasn't on ABC, PBS or the local independent was by pure luck.
I believe we bought our first color set in 1982, which also gave us a VHF tuner.
I didn't get cable until 2004, either!

Interesting that it says "Produced by TBS and..."

...as that other man in a zippered suit show was on WTBS "superstation" on cable.

When men were drawn like men and women... well you get the idea.
No soy boys were created from watching this show, not a single damn one.

The title character.
This show had an episode where a kid became an adict and the hero managed to bust up the drug/crime ring but the kid the episode followed throughout died at the end from addiction. It was extremely controversial as this show was written at the end of the era when other ADD inducing programming was getting started. The episode was pulled off the air.
Remember, tell kids what drugs can do but never actually show them! Now go watch some spongebob.
