New 69 Charger Data decode

Installed a Suregrip while I was in there.

AC parts are starting to get rebuilt.

I want to redo the instrument cluster. But I want to drive it awhile!

The car has obviously been repainted once and the paints either faded or the wrong paint was used. It’s a long way from T5 copper.
 
Bought this car today in Oregon. Haven’t got it home yet but will post photos when I get it here.

I look that there are 2 fender tags for a 1969 dodge chargers once like the mate Mheiron and other like this:

The last one its the normally from 1969….

The first one have the color codes with 2 digits only, 6 rows instead 5…. Where can I decode the first ones? Web page?
