Well its going well pulled it out on tuesday and broke it down the only damage is the input shaft. I had never been inside the tranny so it was good to see what was in it. I dont know who built it but it has all good raceparts. and all in good shape but the shaft seemd to be stock so ordered one from A&A hope to get it this week. The converter seemed ok but, I sent it to Ultimate Converters for them to open it up and check it out as long as its out of the car. Its an 8" but thats all I know. We are going to make some improvements on the exterior better cooling line connections change to AN fittings. Thats about the extent of my knowledge on trannies anyway. I will keep posting as it goes along. Thanks for asking.

That photo is before I put the anti roll bar in. Does not do that now.
Ran a new best of 10.71 @ 127. 1.49 69 foot. New converter picked it up 2/10ths. Car is working much better.
Dominator intake and carb next upgrade.

very nice does it launch straight or go to the right? I couldnt tell but , it went like a bat out of hell. Have you always run 4:30 diff??

It leaves straight, yes always have had the 4.30's in it.

Very nice Wookie ! I new that beast you built had alot of power. Ya gotta love the bigblock Mopar wedges as it seems now that some nice aluminum aftermarket heads are out there its not hard to make good power with them. And to me the Mopar wedge is such a nice combo that will stay together for a long time and make great power only pushing 6000 to 6500 rpm at the most. I love that I dont have to push a ton of rpm for it to run nice and drive anywhere. As always Wookie your car looks great. Ron

I have a few more things I want to try, first & foremost my Dom intake and carb. Then I may throw the exhaust back on and see what it runs through the pipes.
