running wires under intake manifold

I want to run a wire from alt to battery and I want to run it under the intake manifold. 511 stroker with Holley Street Dominator manifold.
Car has Sniper and Hyperspark. This adds a lot of additional wires under the hood. Its Easy enough to run a wire along valve cover to firewall but it just adds to the mess.
With Sniper there is just no good way to route wires on this car.
I'm concerned it may get too hot in that area for a power wire to battery.
Cable is 6 gauge and has Painless split braided sleeving for protection.
Alt is 100 amp if that makes any difference.
Your thoughts?

I've had no issues running wires under the intake on top of the valley pan. Ran wires for a previous EFI setup, and currently run my Progression Ignition harness through there. Never had an issue.

I run them there. In fact my racecar has the wiring passing thru the RF frame rail exiting by the motor plate. Very little wiring is visible in the engine compartment.
Been this way 13 years with no issue. Pic #1 all wiring forward of the firewall is installed in this pic #2; When adding a larger alternator last year the relays on the motor plate were relocated to the rear of the plate. So they don't show now either

I run them there as well. No issues.
Nice and clean.

I used a piece of copper tube (because I have lots of it) with silver soldered brackets as a conduit on my 65's engine.

I run my FI-tech harness under the manifold since 2018. No problems.

Not much heat under the intake unless running the heat crossover. If your worried about it, get the thermal type wire loom.

Yep. Had that happen this summer. An unshielded field wire melted to the crossover. I put an M1 intake on and that was the end of that.
