JSBROWN is a member here great guy to buy amd from

Today to Rock Auto. They sent my order, short one set of head bolts [invoice said shipped 2, no, only sent one], and a water pump with a broken ear. Kinda pissed 'cause it was my first order from them. But the customer service was great. The guy didn't accuse me of trying to scam them since I was missing one set of head-bolts, when the packing list said 2. And the water pump clearly had a bolt-ear broken-off still in the package. Got the RMA e-mail, and sending it back with no drama. I've been a contractor, and things will ALWAYS go wrong. The difference is how you handle them when they do. Kudos to Rock-Auto today.

Need Locks?? Look here!

Ebay seller thomas-j-sestak-autoparts
I bought a 3 piece lock set (ignition and door locks) for my 69 from him.
Great to deal with, gave a discount when I explained that even though his parts were a little more expensive I'd rather buy from him due to his high feedback score.

PST for suspension parts...Rich is the Mopar guy there...my 76 Coronet put them through hell...they ended up RE-tooling rear sway bars for a few LAST gen Coronets..at NO CHARGE.....

Just a few that I deal with on a regular basis:thumbsup:
Rick Gorski at Firecore 50 for wires, distributors, and coils
Nick Wilson at Compu-flow for engine parts and cylinder head work
Jamie Passon at Passon Performance for 833 transmission parts and clutches
These three vendors are second to none when it comes to quality parts and the best customer service on the planet.
Gus:eek:ccasion14:

Several great ones for me:
B, E, and A
Passon Performance 4 speeds
Herb's
Mancini's

Cope Racing Transmissions

Had a nice experience recently; dealing with CRT,
Cope Racing Transmissions.

John Cope knows MOPARS. I"ve been shopping for parts sources for my 727 transmission. It goes in my Dodge truck, behind a stock 318 with a 2 barrel carb and I plan to keep it that way. It's my 'gofer' truck, nothing else.
I talked to a big, tranny shop that does GM and MOPAR. They wanted to sell me this and that, shift kit, blah, blah. Later, I saw the CRT website and there were just Mopars on the page, so I gave them a call. John said, "a stock rebuild will do just fine for your application". He even gave me a few pointers for my rebuild and thanked me for ordering from him.

Bob Mazolinni of "Bob Mazolinni Racing"
The Paradigm of customer service.
He helped me out with so many issues converting my 1970 Superbee to a 426 hemi from a 383.
Happy New Year! :binkybaby:

Cass "DoctoDiff" i bought a hole lot of stuff from him and it was all there and all correct parts, just as I ordered, not one mistake.

I'll start with Dennys Driveshaft. www.dennysdriveshaft.com I ordered some stuff on-line for my 95 Ram for wheel joints, and parts for the front shaft double-cardan joint. The guy packing the order knew that some of the parts would not be right if they were being used for the same application. So, instead of just filling the order like a robot, he picked-up the phone and called me! He confirmed what I was using it for, and corrected the order to the right parts! I'm a customer for life for them.
It's a shame that bad news travels faster than good news. There are so many un-sung great guys out there that are just happy to do a good job every day! And then there are Bastards that have no conscience. Thats OK, I BELIEVE IN KARMA! Or at least a SPECIAL place in HELL!

Denny's is the best place to have any type of driveshaft work done, period! I have been taking stuff there as long as I've been working on cars, and they are super knowledgable and helpful.

I've been involved with Mopar suppliers for over 30 years, so I'll start with Year One which I bought parts in his actual "year one" back in the early 80's, & never had a problem. Some other places no longer exist (ex. CAP susp parts). Off the top of my head, my long list includes Jack's Auto parts (Jimmy is a great guy), Mancini, Herb's, Right Stuff, Legendary, Totally Auto, Bill Rolik, Chet Greenwood, PST....

summitracing.com

summit has been good for me. an optima battery went missing somewhere in shipment to my house. summit sent out another. that made me feel warm'n'fuzzy inside.

I just had an incredibly good experience with another member here "kidmopar". The postal service pulled an uncool move and he stuck with me to figure it out.
THANK YOU

Jeff at 521 Restorations - Fast, professional and sends a mailed receipt. I was using elite customs but I always got the feeling I was an inconvenience.....

RockAuto - Has stuff you wouldn't think they would have at very reasonable prices....and cool magnets!! ; )

Hi guys. New to forum. This thread is a good idea, post both good and bad experiences with suppliers, repair shops ect.
I'm currently looking at various sheet metal suppliers for fixing floor pans, lower quarters and such. (69 GTX)
I've seen many of you have preference for AMD and Sherman parts.
Anybody have any experience with Classic to Current Fabrication (c2cfabrication.com) parts? I've seen significantly lower prices there, and parts have some degree of guarantee.
If anyone has had bad experiences with this company, please post.
