Yes if you move one thing 10 others are effected by the change. Domino effect is what I call it. Glad you got it going your way. Hope you enjoy the finished product.
I have Flowmaster 40 series and 3" exhaust, but I like it loud, and I open my Doug's electronic cutouts whenever I'm around anyone at Cruisin the Coast I leave them open. My full exhaust system exits out the back past the bumper.
So what was your personal best to date?
Do you think it got heavier, or lighter? How much?
Where's the sound clip lol .... You do some awesome work congratulations can't wait to see the results from all the hard work
We shaved about 100 lbs off of the big sled. Exhaust system, front wheel / tire package, narrowed rear & fuel cell add up to about 120 lbs. New spring buckets & bigger rear tires add back about 20 lbs. I still have future plans to lose the power steering (30 lbs) and shave some weight at the front bumper brackets. It’d be cool to be under 3700 in the beams with an all steel and real glass B-Body. Maybe someday a fiberglass hood???
