Getting ready for Spring Fling. Tuned out an off-idle bog on the Eddy 1407. Adjusted the idle mixture and picked up 1" Hg vacuum leaning it out. Changed the fuel filter, oil & filter. Dart's running great; needs to be if I'm gonna keep up with Dennis and Darius.

Changed the cabin air filter in the 2012 Grand Cherokee we just bought. At 86,000 miles, I wondered if it had ever been changed. It hadn't. That thing was disgusting.

Pull the rear leaf springs and all the mounting hardware inside to warm up. Hoping to run over to my brothers tomorrow and get them painted so I can get the rear end back in soon.

While I was removing the windshield trim, I noticed a blob of material on the upper pass side corner.

I feared the worst and thought someone had done rust repair, however this car does have some sloppy lead work on the driver's side roof seams.

I took a small barrel sanding dremel attachment to it, and what do you know, more sloppy lead work.

I guess I'm relieved.

Can't take credit for any work done, except peeling off a stack of Benjamins. Kid next door is really into cars - Hondas and Acuras mainly, but he has skilz. Offered to detail the paint on the Coronet. Did an incredible job - spent 12 hours over Sat/Sun.

Fixed more rust and started tearing the 5.7 hemi apart to rebuild it

Drove the '67 in to work. Big Bend Open Road Race is in 3 weeks. Time to put some miles on her to fine tune the EFI fuel and ignition tables.

Made all of my templates to start making my dual Dominator tunnel ram shaker conversion (I know a E-body though). Time to start hacking on the parts now.

Won't law enforcement think with all headlights on with low beam(dim) that you have your high beams (bright) on?. They will be stopping you........MO

What apparently only 5% of the rebuilders / restorers can accomplish.... without cutting and rewelding... and they're even PST polys! Now to find the energy to go back out and do the other side !
