Finally got done with the rental house renovation.

Was supposed to be done Sunday at 10:00 but got pushed back to 12:00 then to 2:00 and then to 4:00.

...and just like last time, we were carting stuff out as they were carting stuff in.

Cutting it fine....but congrats.

Today, I asked my wife if she wanted a new kitchen table and chairs. As always, she looked at me and said, OK, what's up. I said my shop chairs are starting to rip. They were our old kitchen set from many years ago. So, I'm thinking, I get hers for my shop, and she gets new, and I'm good to go........ So after a very short conversation I went out and bought some material and reupholstered my chairs..

Just got back from the Specialists at the local Medical Centre.....my toe will heal up fine, and no need to go back unless it hurst after 8 weeks. I can also start wearing my shoes or boots again. Just need to take it slower when getting about.

Apparently, the fracture I did was the worst type - a 9/10 on the scale of badassness.....spiral fracture. The only good part of that is there more surface area for the bone to grow back - making a stronger repair.

Was up the far North end of the runway and thought someone was baiting deer with a bag of Gala apples. Then I looked up to find an Apple tree intertwined with a White Pine. Guess 30 years of eating them while cutting the grass and tossing the core finally paid off. Now to find a ladder ...
