what do you do for a living

I push meat for a living...wholesale! ha! own my own little wholesale meat operation in chi-town selling to restaurants and groceries. it's fun, but in these times it's kinda slow. BUY MORE MEAT!!!!
 
I'm a facility inspections manager for Recycle America Northeast. A branch of Waste Management Inc. the trash company.
I make sure OSHA is happy and never have a reason to visit.
 
General Contractor. Mostly high end custom homes but I am not far from retiring if the economy will cooperate.

in April, I will be a Manager for O'Reilly Auto Parts at a KC, KS store. So, discounted parts for me!!! woo hoo!!!

right now I am a parts specialist and a substitute teacher for K-12. Before that I was a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Got burnt out on that.. took a hiatus, and now going to parts as the automotive industry is where I feel most comfortable.
 
Disabled Vet working as a HVAC Service Tech to pay the bills and have my own fledgling HVAC service/ sales/ installation company on the side. Another economy proof occupation!!

Well for the last 20 years I have been peddling these lovely Mopar parts working for Dodge Dealers, with the way the economy is going I think it will be the last year, don't see much future with Chrysler.
 
from what i seen lost of people have real fancy/well paying jobs....... i work in a supermarket gettig 1 5 hour shift a week and pulling in just over 100$ a pay (every 2 weeks)

I WAS The lead tech in a "major" tire and rubber company, before the layoffs. they laid off all the high paid, trained and ASE certified people and replaced them with green horned fresh out of vocational school kids. And they are paying DEARLY for it in busted cars, comebacks, and in some cases medical bills, wrongful death and neglegance lawsuits. But I'm not bitter...........


you'd figure they'd learn there lesson after that whole "ford exploder" thing that happened few years back..............
 
For the next 45 days, I'm a designer for Mack Trucks...then I'm left go from the company.
 
I'm a 100% service combat service connected multi tour disabled Vietnam veteran.
Did two and a half years as a Huey crew chief/door gunner.
And a retired ASE and Dodge Master engine tech.
