I swapped emails with the listing agent on Dvorak's property this past Spring. She said that a lot of his old machinery and some parts are still inside of the building. It's part of the sale. The cars can be included within the sale as well.

WOW! $785,000, looks like there’s a million dollars worth of machines and tooling and tools and parts! Would love to take a tour of that place. Pretty cool.

I bet there are some max wedge gems in that shop. I'd love to do a walk through of the property.

Almost 8 acres for under 800k is a pretty solid price for Florida nowadays. Granted, it is right off of a highway.
