The Proper way to cook a Rib Eye steak

My last grill when regulator crapped out I spliced in an adjustable regulator . You could only crack it open a little but you get the extremely hot! If you opened it to much you couldn't light it. Could make heat diffuser plates that went over burners red hot.

When I go racing,I go to Western Beef and get 8 to 10 lbs,drinks,paper stuff and ICE!
We can fit lots of people around my table,,,,,,,the flatbed
BTW,the box on the bed was made by my friend Kenny,high end wood and made the scalloped mouldings and varnished.Goes everywhere my cooler goes.It holds the BBQ with utensils!

It's great that my friend owns South Mountain Raceway! I deliver up to the tower.Last year the girl running the timing computer was wiggin,,,,she NEVER had any skirt before and became VERY freindly
