Oh my lord we have been invaded by furd and chebby guys again lmao

LMAO too. Trust me I'm a Mopar guy to the bone that's why I'm not ashamed to say it even though I know I'll catch hell.

I love the 68-69 Runners but for god’s sake at least have the decency to put nice rims and tires on them. Take your lovely 69 for example. From the outside not much more than nice tires and wheels and it looks great. Swap them out for painted steel rims, moon hubcaps and skinny redlines, different story. The 70s looked a little better stock.

Don't even get me going about the Superbird. They're cool and I would love to own one but my god. Looks was item number 25 on a list of 26 when they designed them.

Personal opinion I suppose.

Close tie between choice #2 & choice #3... but I lean towards Choice #3. For me it's all relative to the type of car, its condition and several other factors. Just keeping it alive is way better than letting it sit and rust away for years to come.

i'm a concourse kid of guy. i'll take each car i get and bring it to the highest level of concourse restoration.
i have 3 4 cars that are of oe gold or close status.
even my race cars are all show quality. i wont have it any other way.

Im from the school of...keep it as close to stock as possible, with a few of my own touches. .....like the huge plymouth decals on my road runner and the shackles that you all hate. Everyones car is somewhat a reflection of the owner. I dont think i need to elaborate any further.

Maybe this will add a little perspective on my "ugly" in stock trim comment above.

or if you wanna ride in a tiny little ebody that rides like lumber wagon
Well yes, I've owned a couple of the E cars and they can be a little harsh....but then again if I want comfort I'll drive the Audi or Volvo. Since when did muscle or pony cars become synonymous with comfort?
